All the terms and legality regarding sales, purchases, distribution, delivery, transfer of goods/services, or any other facilitation of sale or purchase of goods are independently agreed/ verified between users(Buyers) and Sellers(listed on Eggora platform and from whom the buyer is buying a product), and the Eggora platform is not privy to the same. Therefore, Eggora or the platform does not offer any return, refund, shipping guarantee and cancellation facility on behalf of the users listed on the platform.

Eggora understands that disputes may arise between users(Buyer and Seller), and thus, we encourage them to work together to resolve any issues.
